Abstract:
This article covers a special issue of the Journal of the Center for Families, Children, and the Courts focusing on courts responding to domestic violence. The Center is part of California’s Administrative Office of the Courts. It includes discussion of the following articles: “Confronting the Issue of Gun Seizure in Domestic Violence Cases”, by Emily J.
