Abstract:
This article is an executive summary of a new Human Rights Watch report, “No Second Chance,” which raises important policy and practice concerns about the use of criminal records to exclude particular people from public housing. The editor gives incite into unfair practices and makes policy recommendations that push for relaxing the laws that ban ex-offenders from public housing.Keywords: housing
