Abstract: 

In Wilson v. Connecticut DOC, 2020 WL 7388979 (D. Conn.), we are exposed to a litany of claims, ranging from plausible to dubious , by inmates who seek fundamental help with environmental sanitation; laundry (which is allegedly returned dirtier than when it left), and who complain about due process limitations, retaliation for exercising their constitutional right to voice a complaint about conditions and promises of amelioration of conditions that were made but not kept.
