Abstract: 

This is the final installment of an article describing "Facebook," an Internet resource that allows students to develop peer to peer networks on campus. Part I, which appeared in the last issue of CS&SD, described the basics of Facebook, including commonly used terms. This continuation explains, in question and answer format, the practical usage of the program, its self-regulation, personal safety issues, and recommendations.
