Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with issues on campus involving a student’s lawsuit after being raped by a stranger (university breached no duty when student raped in classroom), a student organization not being recognized due to discrimination based on religion and sexual orientation (university scores big win for anti-bias Policies).
