Abstract:
From time to time, Campus Safety & Student Development tests its readers on how well they understand and can apply provisions of the Student Right to Know and Campus Security (aka "Clery") Act. The 2006 edition of the Clery Quiz presents 17 questions on student conduct and asks, in each case, whether the conduct must be reported, how it must be reported, and to whom must it be reported, in order to be in compliance with the law.Keywords: Center for Higher Education Risk Management (NCHERM);
