Abstract:
Donald E. Santarelli is a partner at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP, chairman of the National Committee on Community Corrections, and president of the Center for Community Corrections, in Washington, DC. He is the recipient of the International Community Corrections Association’s 2007 Margaret Mead Award, the highest honor presented by ICCA.
