Abstract: 

This year, just about every issue of Family Foundation Advisor has included a report on the pending charitable tax incentive legislation and the significant impact it is likely to have upon family foundations and the people who care about them. It isn’t easy tracking day-by-day legislative developments in a bi-monthly newsletter, and sometimes events come faster than we can report them. That is likely to be the case now, in late 2003, as both the year and Congress’s work on this legislation draw to a close.
