Abstract:

An Indiana court recently held that a group of charities lacked legal standing to challenge a trust accounting filed by another charity. Public Benevolent Trust (Crume) v. The Humane Society of Indianapolis, Inc. (829 N.E.2d 1039, 2005 Ind. App. LEXIS 1152 (June 28, 2005)) involved a trust set up by Mary Powell Crume under her will many years ago.
