Abstract: 

While there are many programs, conferences, workshops, and the like that deal with elder abuse, there are very few that actually have, as a part of their agenda, an action plan and commitments made by the attendees. In this article the author, a delegate to such a conference, held in April 2010, in San Francisco, reports on its activities The California Elder Abuse Statewide Summit (CEJW) was a two-day program that gathered delegates from across the aging and adult services spectrum.
