Abstract:
Multiple liability claims must be teased out and resolved when a chain of events including withdrawn psychotropic medications led to the strangulation death of Harry Amick at the hands of a fellow inmate with whom he had just been double-celled. This was contrary to an order for Amick to be single-celled due to his altercations with other prisoners. Keywords: Amick v. Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction
