Abstract:
St. Charles’s decision to house a 16-year-old with a long and in-depth history of mental problems, drug abuse, and suicide attempts in a room with a bunk bed, where he was found hanging, when single beds were available comes into question given similiar incidences in the past.Keywords: Miller v.
