Abstract: 

An organization of gun owners files a lawsuit to challenge a UNF regulation that disallowed securely encased firearms on campus. The complaint alleged that member [and UNF student] desired to carry a firearm while traveling to and from school as a lawful method of self-defense and that she wished to store the firearm in her vehicle while on campus.
