Abstract: 

Ohio State Wins ESPN’s Lawsuit Over Public Records, Relying on FERPA. Back on March 8, 2011, then Ohio State University head football coach Jim Tressel admitted during a news conference that he had failed to inform his superiors after learning about possible NCAA rule violations by OSU players. Audit Finds Sexual Assault Policies Woefully Inadequate. The University of Northern Iowa was told that it needed to overhaul its procedures for handling sexual misconduct complaints, a process that is “mired in so much confusion that victims could be discouraged from stepping forward.”
