Abstract: 

This issue of JCC includes three informative articles that address matters we are facing today: the need to address women’s history of trauma, particularly in combination with the use of segregated housing units; reliance on court-imposed fees to fund the operation of adult probation departments; and the need to seek equivalence of care for those incarcerated in our institutions. Three book reviews complete the issue. The complete issue includes all of the articles listed in the table of contents above.
