Abstract: 

The selection of articles for this issue includes an application of the use of apps in supporting mental health clients; a description of an effort at correctional reform in Ontario, Canada; a review of International Community Corrections Association (ICCA) policy positions on substance abuse disorders and sentencing; a description of a program to develop civic education and encourage moral reasoning among juveniles in Romania; and reviews by our book review editor of recently released books dealing with a variety of issues pertaining to criminal justice matters.
