Abstract: 

Our literature review this issue cover discussions of the falsely convicted, an examination of American exceptionalism in criminal justice, current studies from Australian and New Zealand criminologists, discussions about mass incarceration, contributions describing problem-solving courts, discussions about the decline in crime rates and public confidence in criminal justice, restorative justice processes for both victims of crimes and the unjustly accused, and historical and ongoing injustice at the border.
