Abstract:
Every foundation can benefit from objective advice to provide new insights or expert solutions for tough issues, goals, and problems. Is a consultant the perfect solution to your foundation’s special needs? Consultants work best when well matched both in expertise and with the family’s culture and goals. There are many consulting firms that help foundations select one or more investment managers, and then provide an ongoing independent evaluation of investment performance, notifying the foundation when it is time to fire a manager and hire a new one. Keywords:
