Abstract:
The IRS is not alone in its fight against highly compensated staff and directors. In 2003, New York’s Attorney General announced his intention to review foundation returns to identify abuses. One of the first singled out for review was the Grand Marnier Foundation, an entity established in 1984 by Carillion Importers, a company holding exclusive rights to import Grand Marnier liqueur.Keywords:
