Abstract:
The question that is raised frequently by individuals in control of the family wealth is, “How will I instill responsible behavior in those who will inherit this wealth and do so in a manner that improves rather than destroys their lives?” The answer to this question lies in a process that begins at the youngest of ages in the lives of the future beneficiaries. It is essential for long-term success in maintaining family capital assets that each beneficiary develops skills and a sense of personal competency in dealing with money. Keywords:
