Abstract:
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“Families First”) was signed into law on March 18, 2020. We review the main provisions of the law, which establishes mandatory sick and family leave that covered employers are required to provide, regardless of whether they offer other forms of paid leave, and explain the key compliance obligations family foundations are under.Keywords: Families First Coronavirus Response Act
