Abstract: 

Our regular survey of the research literature summarizes and reviews “Wrongful Conviction in Sexual Assault: Stranger Rape, Acquaintance Rape, and Intra-familial Child Sexual Assaults” by Matthew Barry Johnson (2020), published by Oxford University Press; and two Presidential Actions, “Executive Order Establishing the White House Gender Policy Council” and “Executive Order Guaranteeing an Educational Environment Free From Discrimination on the Basis of Sex” as well as a the President’s order of a “Directed Review” Trump’s education secretary DeVos’s Regulation on Handling Sexual Harassment and Assault.
