Abstract: 

Alliance for HOPE International’s advocacy for the use of Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) in evaluating arterial injuries in strangulation assault victims is saving lives. This article uses several case studies to illustrate how and when CTA and other trauma-informed procedures and assessments are implement at the Alliance’s community-based examines Family Justice Centers.
