Abstract: 

A dramatic correlation exists between mass shootings and domestic violence, more than half of mass shootings in America involve a perpetrator who also kills an intimate partner or family member. This article explores recent incidents home and abroad and the perpetrators history, the history of federal firearm restrictions and emergent reform.
