Abstract: 

This column summarizes and discusses three recent cases in which stalking convictions were upheld: State v. Jones, 678 So. 2d 1336 (Fla. Dissect. App. 1996); People v. Tran, 54 Cal. Rptr. 2d 650 (Cal. Ct. App. 1996); and People v. Gams, 60 Cal. Rptr. 2d 423 (Cal. Ct. App. 1997).
