Abstract:

This article covers a case which involved a dispute over the distribution of two trusts. Although the nature of the distributions and handling of the trust funds was discussed, these were not greatly disputed. Because of concerns about [appellant’s] stability, and his ability to manage money, the trustees decided to make distributions to appellant’s mother and not to appellant. This became the core of the case.
