Abstract: 

This article discusses the innovative Family Program at the Kyle New Vision Correctional Center in Kyle, Texas. The program provides a much more in-depth treatment than is typical with more traditional programs that focus only on the individual. This family based system focuses on family process, rather than simply on in order to more effectively treat substance abuse.
