Probation Work and Human Dignity

Abstract:
In this article the problems that arise from a failure by the probation officer to consider human dignity are discussed. The importance of human dignity and its central precepts are presented as is a plan for implementing human dignity as a central value in the probation department.Keywords: parole; humane practices
