Abstract: 

The complete issue includes links from table of contents entries to articles, and link article continuations, to facilitate reading. It also contains the regular “Worth Reading” and “From the Courts” articles which feature “On the Use of the Total Incarceration Variable in Sentencing Research” by David Holleran and Cassia Spohn 42 (1) Criminology 211 (2004) and Lehn v. Michael, 364 F.3d 862 (7th Cir. 2004) respectively. Also featured is “Restorative Justice Training in Serbia” by Marian Libermann, which details the Serbian correctional system’s attempt to implement restorative justice programs for youth offenders.
