Abstract: 

In this article, the author focuses on the broad definition of restorative justice to address social structures and systems that have perpetuated different forms of discrimination, violence, and crime in the present day world and could be transformed to restore human dignity, mutual respect and equality. The author uses Nepal as a case study.
