Abstract: 

The complete issue version includes links from table of contents entries to articles, and link article continuations, to facilitate reading. In addition to all the single articles listed separately, the complete issue includes short treatments of the DSM-V price and viability, use of counter-productive disciplinary measures on the mentally ill, the threshold requirement of “seriousness” as a basis for a denial of constitutionally mandated health care for prisoners, medical care versus mental health care, Hydrick v.
