Abstract:
A court finds that the decision to involuntarily medicate a long time inmate who deteriorates from what is initially an unspecified psychotic disorder to ultimately paranoid schizophrenia resulted only after the Involuntary Medication Administration Procedure was followed in close detail.Keywords: United States v.
