Abstract: 

In Isby v. Brown, 856 F.3d 508 (7th Cir. 2017) the court allowed Indiana prisoner Isby to proceed with his appeal of prolonged isolation despite Isby’s failure to disclose his Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) “three strike” status.
