Abstract:
Rosa Kalish is a junior at West High School in Madison, WI. In this brief essay, she reviews the conclusions of Teenagers, Friends, and Bad Decisions by Tara Parker-Pope in a NY Times (Feb. 3, 2011) article summarizing the fasttrack report done by researchers at Temple University.
