Abstract: 

This article discusses the response to The Alcohol Without Liquid (AWOL) Vaporizer, the response to Boston’s riot after the Red Sox victor over the Yankees, L..A.’s ride home services, a pair of scandals in OASAS, a study showing counseling having an effect on lowering college drinking, a study showing encouraging the reduction of harmful effects of drinking is more useful than pushing for total abstinence, a new caffeinated Budweiser product, and a drinking culture in New York City’s emergency responders.
