Abstract: 

This article discusses the exhibit Friends which tells the tragic story of four college students who died in an alcohol related crash, a newspaper publishing the information of the worst repeat drunk drivers in central New York, a lawsuit against the alcohol industry for marketing to underage drinkers, two cases of police pursuits that ended in the death of the offender, and hit and run case in Long Island, and a new practice on reservations of exiling those with criminal drug convictions.
