Abstract: 

The planning of a regional seminar, workshop, or business meeting is usually initiated months before the event. However, seminar preparation and management is an ongoing task that usually continues right up until and through event commencement. Seminar planners have analyzed past events and found that, in some of these seminars, the content was worthwhile, but some attendees came away displeased by other factors. To insure a successful event, proper attention must be given to the noncontent factors discussed below, from conception to concluding remarks.
