Abstract: 

New Jersey becomes the third state that will limit the authority of postsecondary schools to demand access to the social media accounts of students and applicants. An HR employee is fired after responding to an editorial comparing the civil-rights movement with the gay-rights movement. School Officials at Oregon face constitutional claims concerning removal of the newspaper bins of a conservative student monthly.
