Abstract: 

As universities across the country attempt to get a handle on the often-silent crime of rape on campus, one researcher suggests that the best way to prevent assault starts with changing the way we look at it. This article examines sexual assault on campus as a safety issue at the University of Wisconsin- Madison and draws on the expertise of Doug Koski who was a nationally known expert in sex offenses and offenders.
