Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with issues on campus involving a student’s lawsuit against a university for deliberat indifference (Title IX claim fails against university, lives on versus professor), a woman’s suit against a university for discrimination (poor academic performance, not discrimination, was true cause for termination), a university’s suit against a football coach for breach of contract (contract jumping coach enjoined from changing schools).
