Abstract: 

Over the last few years, the liability landscape for colleges has been shifting. Where exactly it is headed is anyone’s guess, but the six cases cited and discussed below should inform any administrator’s judgment on student health and suicide issues, foreseeability of harm, judicial training, and public statements about campus conduct complaints. For each of the six cases, a general brief of the case is given.
