Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving a student’s dismissal from medical school and the following lawsuit (learning disability not sole reason for dismissal), a student’s lawsuit against school employees based on harassment (one or two incidents of peer-on-peer harassment not enough ).
