Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases addressing campus issues involving a student’s poor grade due to references to God (student receives low grade due to “God” references), a teacher releasing a student’s GPA (staff member reveals student’s GPA, gets fired), a student’s lawsuit against as school after being raped (student’s rape called unforeseeable, college granted summary judgment).
