Abstract: 

Quarterly review of new legislation and recent court cases of interest. This update examines a case in which an alumnus who regularly monitored the school's athletic programs and policies sued Rutgers University for holding sessions on policy-making from which members of the public were barred; and a case in which Bowling Green University was found not liable in the death of athlete who had knowingly provided false information about his medical history on forms he filed in joining the team.
