Abstract:

A suit explores whether an Indiana jail\'s medical defendants had been deliberately indifferent to the risks posed by Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome when changing the plaintiff\'s medications. Deliberate indifference is again alleged in the fatality of a Michigan inmate who failed to receive his medication after a facility transfer.
