Abstract: 

Our regular review of the research literature looks at obstacles to reducing campus sexual assault including manipulation of Clery statistics; alcohol consumption and first-year retention; dating violence; outbreaks of contagious disease; bolstering success of STEM education; how libraries contribute good study habits and, consequently, social development; whether fraternities and sororities perpetuate cultural prejudice; and how stress and burnout manifest among college students.
