Abstract: 

The complete issue includes links from table of contents entries to articles, and link article continuations, to facilitate reading. Also included are the “Legal Developments” and “From the Literature” articles, which feature a review of Ward v. Booker, 202 F.3d 1249, 1252 (10th Cir. 2000) and “The Nexus Between Drugs and Crime: Theory, Research and Practice” By Arthur J. Lurigio and James A.
