Abstract:

In the spring of 2006, a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis was conducted at the Crosspoint, Inc., residential transitional services organization in San Antonio, Texas. Its purpose was to develop a plan for transformation that would take the organization to the next level. This article details a follow-up SWOT analysis which looks into the successes and failures of the 2006 assessment and resulting policy measures. Further, this analysis suggests future measures that can take the organization to the next level.
