Abstract: 

Although the rape allegations against the Duke University lacrosse team have long been debunked and the case itself has not been front page news for some time, the fallout from the original accusations continue to haunt the University and the individuals touched by the case. The false charges made by the alleged victim against several lacrosse players, as well as the true charges made by various ethics committees against the original lead prosecutor, Michael Nifong, have worked their way through the legal system. But new claims are reigniting the drama.
