Abstract:
The Bazelon Center Report provides background information about the ways in which some students with emotional and behavioral disorders fare and are treated in schools. America’s schools need a thoughtful, comprehensive, and systematic strategy to meet the needs of children with serious mental health disorders. These students must get the excellent education they deserve.
